Jumoke, it’s always excellent to see you. You are doing fantastic man. If you want to lose the weight quickly i reckon you must lift weights more. Since muscle burns stout even when you are asleep. Once your metabolism starts to burn like a wild fire you will be so busy trying to keep up with it that you will find it hard to gain some weight really. Gaining or losing weight is a metabolism issue. Try climbing stairs with a backpack with weights in it repeatedly (i like this one). keep us posted!

If you only eat protein then you need to take a multivitamin and some antioxidants, really a lot of antioxidants. U really need more raw fruits and veggies in your diet! Especially if your working out so intensely.

Jhoe,don’t use any supplements besides protein. creatine is well loved but does not really increase strength, only definition by filling the muscle with water. go all untreated you’ll feel stronger than you look and it’s often more accomplishing.

Hey Jumoke, you’re always gonna have days where you don’t eat right. You have a dedication to health that most people don’t have, in-shape or not. So be proud of that!
This is how I avoid terrible food decisions: Let’s say there’s a sale on ice cream.. in order to avoid buying it, I stop and reckon about what that ice cream is really going to do for me. Analysing how the food is really going to affect me helps me really assess what’s worth intake, rather than just thinking: “fooood…/drool”
You guys will certainly accomplish your goals. Stay positive and keep working hard for them!
